RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In compliance with Klarna’s requirements, our policy allows for returns and refunds on all online purchases within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return process.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at bjjoyeriallc@gmail.com or call 512-227-3991. We will arrange for the return and repair of the item at no additional cost to you.
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 to 12 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at bjjoyeriallc@gmail.com or 512-22-3991. Once your order is in process, cancellations may not be possible for custom items. A restocking fee of 6% may apply for canceled orders.
IMPORTANT:
Do not send any returns without first receiving an RMA number from us, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Quality Assurance:
BJ JOYERIA LLC Quality Assurance department reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the product. Once your items have been received and accepted, you will receive full store credit for the cost of the item, excluding shipping, handling, and insurance costs. If a refund is requested, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Please allow 7 to 12 business days after the items have been received for your credit to be processed.
